Chris Sawyer Takes Pictures of Rides
Simon Foster Pains Pictures of Rides
Melanie Warn Increases Guests Happiness
Katie Brayshaw Waving Guests

TIPS

  1. When building thrilling rides such as large roller coasters place small rides to help build the confidence of your park visitors.
  2. Manage your staff crews to zones (patrol areas), if your staff is not managed you will find several staff members in one area and not in areas where they may be needed.
  3. Place park benches at the exit of by large or dizzy rides. This will allow visitors to the park to rest if they are sick.
  4. When creating a cleaning staff member it is recommended that you order that staff member NOT to  mow, if selected you will find your cleaning staff mowing more than they are cleaning.
  5. Always place an Info and Souvenir store towards the entrance of your park. You will notice as most visitors enter the park that they will purchase maps, and umbrellas from this store adding quick additional revenue.
  6. It is a good idea to always have bathrooms, even if your park does not have any food or drink stands. Opening a bathroom in your park will allow your visitors to relieve them selves as well as use the bathroom after an intense ride.
  7. When needing to increase your parks happiness to achieve an objective use the Pincers and pick up visitors that are unhappy and place them in the water, this will drown the visitor but increase your happiness objective.

   TECHNICAL SUPPORT

I've got a lost gust and I am unable to find the gust.

If your park is not designed well or you have paths leading to areas of your park that are not developed you will find your guests becoming lost. To locate a lost gust look through the summary display of the Guest info window. When you find the "I'm Lost" entry, click on it. Using the Pincers button pick up the guest and place them close to the exit of your park.

Once the guest is no longer lost attempt to locate how they became lost to prevent future issues.

I have broken benches and lights, why?

Your park is experiencing vandalism, replace the broken items by removing it and replacing it with a new item. Once replaced ensure that you have proper security in that area of the park.

I cannot build a tunnel.

To create a tunnel you must be building the tunnel on a flat surface and not at an angle. If the slope of a hill is at an angle adjust it to have a straight surface before building the tunnel.
