SGRAM

Short for Synchronous Graphics RAM (Random-Access Memory), SGRAM is a low-cost video memory module. It has 144 pins, with a single port. It can synchronize with a CPU (Central Processing Unit) bus at speeds of 83 MHz, 100 MHz, 125 MHz, and 142 MHz.
