SLSI

Short for Super-Large-Scale Integration, SLSI is a proposed form of circuit construction with an integrated circuit. The actual number of components (transistors, logic gates, and other elements) was never officially specified, but generally speaking, it would be between 50,000 and 100,000 circuit components.
