Free Fire, officially named Garena Free Fire: 3volution, is a battle royale shooting survival game for mobile-only devices on Android and iOS. Free Fire was released on December 8, 2017, and takes place on an island where 50 players compete to be the last person standing. Free Fire is free to play, but has optional in-app purchases. The game is published by Garena International, a publishing company located in Singapore. In September 2021, Garena released Free Fire Max, an improved version of Free Fire with better graphics, textures, lightings and sound effects.

Each game is 10 minutes long. Players move to remain in the safe zone as long as they can without being killed by the emerging poison or other players. Players forage for armor and weapons to kill other players. In the game, players may drive vehicles to move around the map quickly at the risk of being more exposed. There are trenches, buildings, and rocks to take cover behind while shooting other players.
Multiple optional characters are unlocked as the player advances in rank and receive loot crates at the end of each game. Additional characters, and weapons and other gear, can be purchased with in-game currency or real money.
Free Fire was the number one downloaded mobile game of 2019. As of August 2020, there are over 80 million daily users, and Free Fire has grossed over $1 billion worldwide.
The game is rated mature for players 17 years of age and up.
How can I add color to my signature?
In free fire it's possible to use hex color codes to change the color of your signature. For example, #FF0000 is the color code for red. In Free Fire to use these codes you place them in square brackets and don't include the pound symbol (#), for example, "[FF0000]Red name" would make "Red name" as your signature. You can also do more than one color by entering multiple color codes. For example, "[FF0000]Red [008000]green" becomes "Red green."
Free Fire also supports the following BBC tags. For example, adding "[b][i]" in front of your colored name would also make it bold and italic.
The colored signature is no longer visible to you when your displaying your profile. However, still appears colored to anyone viewing your profile.
Where is the signature setting?
Your profile signature is found by following the steps below.
- Click your profile in the top-left corner.
- In the profile click the Gear icon if the signature section (highlighted in red below) is not seen.
- Click in the signature section (highlighted in red below) and enter the color codes you want to use with your signature.
