USB drive

A USB drive is any drive connected to a USB port on a computer. The most common type of USB (Universal Serial Bus) drive is a flash drive, as shown in the picture. However, a USB drive can also refer to any storage device, including a disc drive, external hard drive, RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Disks), or any other media connected to a computer USB port.
A SuperSpeed USB drive describes a USB drive using the SuperSpeed term to describe USB 3.0. This term helps indicate that the drive supports faster data transfer speeds.
